2011 Employer Health Benefits Survey: How Do You Compare?

• The average family premium is now $15,000 per year, up 9% since 2010.
• 2.3 million young adults were added to a parent's plan as dependents.
• One in four workers have annual deductibles of $2,000 or more, showing the growing popularity of health savings accounts paired with high deductible health plans.
