2010 Agent Advisory Board

Agent Portal
We are in the final stages of completing a secure portal for GBL agents to log in and access personalized information. Agents will have online access to commission information, licensing and contracting documents, book of business information, agent training, and more. Each agent will be given his or her own secure username and password to access the portal. More information will be available as the launch date in early 2010 comes closer.
Web4Web Expansion
The Agent Advisory Board supported GBL creating a website solution for Level 1 agents. Many of our Level 2 agents have already successfully used this web solution. This website would help agents be able to offer an online shopping experience and an opportunity to obtain individual health leads through a customized website. Our staff is moving forward on developing this solution.
The Other Health Plan
TOHP recently completed several new broker pieces to help you sell health improvement. These materials focus on the consulting services offered to new clients. We have been finding that while many employer groups are interested in worksite wellness, they want to learn more before purchasing a plan. These new sales materials will be available at the agent meeting and can be requested from Kerry Juhl.

ESP – Client Appreciation Gifts
Our specialty products company, ESP, has put together a gift catalog for the holidays, featuring gifts for customers and co-workers. Click here to view an electronic version of the catalog. If you would like to be added to ESP’s monthly sale email, contact Cindy Taylor.
After the meeting several of our agents were able to stay and enjoy a beautiful day and a round of golf.
